What is coming in the future

Construction of 15 new Hostel units is making excellent progress and completion is expected around July 2008.

Each unit has an en-suite bathroom, balcony, air conditioning and flatscreen television with access to cable tv and wireless broadband.

Many enquiries have already been received about the project and we suggest that you record your interest now. There is no financial obligation.

What's coming?

The St. George Aged Care Centre was purpose built in 1971 and has had the same owners throughout this period. It is currently undergoing a major renovation and refurbishment programme which will maintain the highest standards of facilities.

Option of Low and High Care

The St. George Aged Care Centre currently offers high care residential service however from 2008 following the completion of our low care section we will be able to accept persons who are assessed by the Aged Care Assessment Team as eligable for low care accommodation.

Respite

St. George Aged Care Centre specialises in the provision of Respite Care. Respite Care is offered to allow the home carer to have a break or "holiday" in the knowledge that their relative is being provided professional care whilst they are away. Respite Care also gives the opportunity for the resident and relatives to become familiar with the staff and day to day activities of the aged care facility.
